Families can set preferred languages and communication methods to collaborate directly with their child's EI
team members. Messages, notes and documents are easily shared in the Family Portal, and families can also
schedule appointments and upload, receive and electronically sign EI program documents.
Full transparency
Family Portal provides access to information in one centralized location. Families have full visibility into a
configurable library of documents which may include, at the state's discretion, Individualized Family Service
Plans (IFSP), family cost participation statements, demographic information, evaluation reports, claims and
EOB information.
